The Short Version

ToolFlow does not collect, store, log, or transmit any files you process through the platform. All file processing happens locally in your browser using JavaScript, the Canvas API, and WebAssembly. Your files never leave your device.

What Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. We do not require sign-up, login, or any form of registration. We do not store cookies except for your dark/light mode preference (stored in localStorage on your device only).

File Processing

All image, PDF, and text processing is performed entirely client-side using your browser's capabilities. Files are loaded into browser memory, processed, and made available for download — all without any network transmission to our servers.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, session duration). This data is anonymized and does not include any file content. You can block analytics with browser extensions like uBlock Origin.

Third-Party Libraries

ToolFlow uses open-source libraries (pdf-lib, browser-image-compression, react-dropzone, etc.) loaded from npm. These libraries run in your browser and do not independently transmit data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of ToolFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
